We were in a marvellous and stunning location around 10-15 minutes walk from Fontana di San Pancrazio.

The room was fairly quiet and fantastic, included with clean bathroom, free tea, as for instance. Refrigerators and glassware were nice. The personnel was amazingly nice and kind. The location was excellent and brilliant, close to stores and restaurantes located at maximum 5 minutes distance, transport links and the city-center:)))

Great breakfast here, loved the fresh fruit! 🍉 Location wise, it's so convenient - super close to the main shopping street, bus station, and loads of restaurants all within a 5-minute walk.

Premium bedding: The bed was so comfortable that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep and waking up feeling refreshed.

Maintenance issue: Unexpected floor sanding and varnishing during our stay without prior notice, causing inconvenience.

There were a couple of minor issues. The motion sensor light in the room's hallway would turn on if you needed to use the toilet at night, which could be disturbing for other sleeping guests.

Lovely hotel, great location! The hotel was in a prime spot, close to shops and restaurants. We also really appreciated the option to use the kitchen during our stay, especially with the limited restaurant options available. It was convenient to have plates and utensils provided by the hotel, and being able to rinse them off and put them in the dishwasher made things even easier.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from the neighboring room.
